RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your new Rue pieces. In the event that your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund (excluding shipping cost) on full price items that meet the below criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  • The item must be brand new, in its original condition and with all tags attached.

*Return parcels are the responsibility of the customer - if the item gets lost or damaged in transit we will be unable to process the exchange/refund.

Faulty items: If you believe your item is faulty, please send us an image and a description of the fault for our team to assess and if deemed faulty, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement. Please note our team carefully checks all items prior to dispatch so if your item has been damaged as a result of wear and tear it will not be eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia within two business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Australia Standard Shipping (2-8 business days) $9.95

Australia Express Shipping (1-3 business days)  $14.95

International Standard Delivery (5-15 business days) $29.95

*Please note that your delivery country may charge you import taxes and duties and these are required to be paid by the customer prior to delivery.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are unable to edit your order once it has been placed. Should you need to amend your shipping address please contact us at helloruethelabel@gmail.com within 2 hours of your order being placed and we will do our best to accommodate.

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

We purposely manufacture our drops in limited quantities in an effort to reduce overconsumption and waste. If you are interested in a particular restock, please contact us at helloruethelabel@gmail.com to register your interest.
